Chart notes
BACK TO REALITY showed speed from the outside, had the lead on the turn and with a clear lead in mid stretch was kept to task. FIFTY B M G was away alertly, a factor on the turn and from the three path at the top of the stretch held place. FAIRHOPECURLY was hustled early, in tight on the turn and from the four path at the top of the stretch was outfinished. SEA TO AIR was unhurried early and moved up on the turn but from the five path at the top of the stretch leveled off. FOREST FLASH was up close early but checked going into the turn and from the seven path at the top of the stretch had no rally. GOLDEN SPRING was off the pace, showed nothing and had no impact. A STEWARDS' INQUIRY AND A CLAIM OF FOUL BY THE RIDER ON FAIRHOPECURLY AGAINST BOTH FIFTY B M G AND BACK TO REALITY FOR INTERFERENCE GOING INTO THE TURN RESULTED IN FIFTY B M G BEING DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED FIFTH.
