Chart notes
CHUPAPI MUNYAYO off a step slow, raced back early while off the inside, made a steady gain three to four wide through the turn, took over into the stretch, shook clear when straightened for home and steadily increased that advantage while being kept to pressure. DAN D'ORO off a step slow, bothered early by a rival pulling up, continued back into the turn, steered out and came four wide for the drive, rallied for the runner up position while not a threat to the winner. MALIBU RAIN broke forwardly, chased the leader out of the chute, took over from the outside before a quarter, showed the way into and through the turn, headed by the winner while in the two path entering the stretch, fell back, regained the third spot while unable to contain the runner up while between horses at the wire. PESO IN MY POCKET in mid pack along the inside, bothered early by a foe who was pulling up, saved ground turn, cut the corner to improved, closest to the winner a furlong out, weakened in the late going to lose a couple of positions. OUR BUCKY CHARM showed the way out of the chute, relinquished the advantage before a quarter, pressed the new leader through much of the turn while moving out three wide, faded through the stretch. ORDER UP broke with the field, appeared to take a bad step onto the main track, pulled up and left the track via the equine ambulance.
