Chart notes
RITZY RAGS prompted the early pace while racing closest to the inside fence, angled off the rail in tight quarters at the five-sixteenths marker, rallied under energetic handling and was up in time. HONOR AND COURAGE broke outwardly, raced in striking position three wide, gained the led on the turn, was clear inside of the eighth pole and reeled in the final strides. MAMBO MAN gained the early lead, was challenged on the turn and gave way in the stretch. CONCRETE OVERLAY settled behind the pacesetters, advanced on the turn, lodged a four wide stretch bid and hung. TMAC'S ROYALTY veered in at the start costing him early position and always outrun.
