Chart notes

BOB'S CARROT grabbed the early lead, edged clear on the turn and stayed in command during the stretch run under steady pressure. STOMP pinched at the start, lacked room early, chased the pacesetters, swept past SKI BUM on the turn, was angled in for the stretch run, raced in tight quarters along the inside fence, angled out just past the eighth pole and finished willingly. GHOSTWRITTEN stalked the pace, was urged to keep up on the turn, responded to stiff pressure and finished well. TROUBLE TIME lean in at the start, settled behind the pacesetters, moved out four wide into the stretch and kept on. REMI'S MOON squeezed at the back start costing him a few lengths, went six wide into the stretch and outrun. MO WORK broke outwardly, was reserved while five wide, continued five wide for the stretch run and offered no contending bid. SKI BUM came out at the start, raced forwardly along the inside and lost his position on the turn.
