Chart notes

A BOURBON FOR TOBY angled in while taken under a hold early, was keen under restraint in the two path on the first turn, raced towards the rear under reserve, went around the far turn in the two path while patiently ridden, was roused near the three-sixteenths pole, rallied in the final furlong and closed with a rush to get up inside of the runner-up late and prevail. PAROS moved in while showing speed from the outside, went clear while dropping to the inside into the first turn, opened up a sizable advantage, was asked in the two path on the far turn, remained well clear under a drive into the final sixteenth, shortened stride while tiring late and was caught while just able to get the place. SHERLOCK'S JEWEL saved ground on the first turn, settled off the pace, was roused in the two then three path on the far turn, came into upper stretch in the four path, pursued the runner-up while outside in the drive, gained into the final sixteenth and just missed the place while clear for the show. WRITE OFF JERRY settled towards the rear while saving ground, was roused on the far turn, moved out in upper stretch and improved with good energy to just get the last spot in the superfecta. EARLY ADOPTER (GB) settled in the three path, was roused on the far turn, came into the stretch in the five path and improved to just miss the superfecta. CIAO CHUCK tossed his head and was off slow, settled while inside to the two path, was roused on the final turn, turned into the stretch in the four path and gained but missed the superfecta. DISCREET DANCER was taken in hand while crowded early, raced in the three path while keen on the first turn then was reserved off the pace, went around the far turn in the three path while asked, swung out to the seven path into upper stretch and gained but failed to threaten. DAUNT settled on the outside in the three to four path, was roused on the final turn, came into upper stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response. NOBLE CONFESSOR angled in while showing speed then dropped back off the pace, raced in the two path on the first turn, followed the solo leader from second, chased inside on the far turn, turned into upper stretch in the two path under a drive and also lacked the needed response. ROTHSCHILD moved in early, settled outside towards the front in the two path, was given his cue on the final turn and failed to rally. ADIOS COLE settled on the inside, was roused on the final turn and failed to respond.
