Chart notes
SHOW BOAT led the way up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the two path, drifted mildly in lane and remained in command to the wire. HENRY'S BUDDY tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the bend from the three path and chased on in the stretch, no match for the winner. CHING CHING raced off the pace early, saved ground around the bend and made up some ground in the lane. EXPERT WITNESS veered out leaving the gate, settled in to stalk the pace setter on the outside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the four path and was outkicked from there. REPROCHE raced at the back of the pack on the outside through the opening quarter, continued around the turn in the two path and made no bid. ROCKIN EMPIRE raced at the back of the pack on the inside through the early going, saved ground around the bend and was empty in the lane.
