Chart notes
ORIGINAL ONE followed in range between rivals, found mild traffic on the turn, went three wide into the lane, bid three deep in the final furlong and edged inner rivals for the score. R DANNY BOY pressed from outside, dueled into turn, cleared past the three-eighths pole, challenged past the five-sixteenths marker, lost command at the top of the lane, fought back to regain the lead at the eighth pole, battled into deep stretch and got outkicked by the winner. LEAD PIPE JOE stalked outside a pair of rivals, bid outside the leader past the five-sixteenths pole, put a head in front at the quarter pole, lost the lead battling into the final furlong and was outfinished by the top pair. ALAN'S CONQUEST was off slow to begin, trailed on the inside into the turn, tipped three wide around the bend, drifted inward at the three-sixteenths pole and finished evenly late. EIELSON chased from inside, lost ground on the turn and could not rally. PINE RUN set the pace under pressure from inside, fought on even terms into the turn, yielded at the three-eighths pole and faded down the lane.
