Chart notes
NIGHT NURSE sprinted off to clear early lead and held safe in the drive under steady handling. JOSEFINA stalked the pace, raced four wide into the upper stretch, slowly closed in on the winner in the final stages and finished second best. GIPOIA (BRZ) took up soon after the start, raced near the back in the early stages, moved up from the inside through the far turn into the lane and kept on willingly to the wire. STARSHIP DISCOVERY settled off the early pace, saved ground past the quarter pole and had no final winning bid. JUSTIFIABLE STEEL tracked the early leader two deep and faded. COLE'S VALENTINE was off slowly, raced mid pack racing two to three wide and tired.
