Chart notes
MS FLASHY HARBOR chased the leader for five furlongs then responded three wide to the stretch and wore down BOBBY'S GENIE late. BOBBY'S GENIE The latter set all the pace to the stretch, responded to deep stretch but was tagged in the final yards. SHERRYS BABY was outsprinted, saved ground to the stretch then shifted out and was closing well late. SPANISH CHANNEL stalked the pace early, was between rivals on the second turn and weakened in the final furlong. BAKBURNER tracked the pace for a half mile then tired and gave way. MAGGIE'S FAYE stumbled one stride out of the gate and lost her rider.
