Chart notes
BAYLEYWICK tracked the early pace, launched a bid near the inside at the head of the lane, gained a slim lead and just lasted. MARITIME MILLIE set the pace up the backstretch, held firm around the turn, hustled along two paths wide into the lane, got headed for the lead but remained in striking distance, drifted out late under right handed pressure and just missed. MY MAYBELENNE was forwardly placed in early stages, hustled along three paths wide into the lane, continued in contention along the outside then steadied sharply late. LA BELLA BELLA chased two wide around the turn, hustled along into the lane and had a mild improve. TARTARIA was not too far back in early stages, failed to progress under pressure around the turn and gave way. APRETTYLULABY raced in the back, saved ground early, swung five wide into the lane and never threatened. STEWARDS POSTED INQUIRY, JOCKEY OF MY MAYBELENNE CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST MARRITIME MILLIE FOR INTERFERENCE IN LATE STRETCH, AFTER REVIEW NO ACTION WAS TAKEN
