Chart notes

LITTLE FIRE was in range, moved up on the far turn and from the six path at the top of the stretch fought gamely for the win. SARAH'S DANCER forced the early pace and had the lead on the far turn, raced from the four path at the top of the stretch but drifted out in mid stretch and was outgunned. CLARAYOUTHEBEST was unhurried early and raced evenly on the far turn but from the eight path at the top of the stretch needed more. LADIES RUM stumbled at the start, chased on the far turn and came up empty. LITTLE IRIS was in touch and roused on the far turn, raced from the five path at the top of the stretch but was bumped in mid stretch while all out. A STEWARDS' INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN RESULTED IN SARAH'S DANCER BEING DISQUALIFIED AND PLACE FIFTH.
