Chart notes
XMAS IN CAIRO was reserved off the early pace, remained patient through the turn and rallied well in the stretch to be going away late. CELESTIAL SPEED pressed the pace through the turn, moved up to engage the leader at the quarter pole, assumed command turning for home and was outkicked in the lane having to settle for second best. A P SWEETHEART tracked the leaders into the turn, rallied to close the gap on the bend and kept-on finishing evenly while unable to sustain the bid. SHEZ UNTAPPABLE was slow early to be at the rear and failed to threaten going evenly. BOOGIE WOOGIE restless in the gate, broke alertly, sped to lead under persistent pressure and gave way in mid-stretch.
