Chart notes
SLAY SADIE SLAY chased the early pace while four wide then made a steady advance on the turn to range up and take the lead before being roused and opened up into the stretch then held sway on the wire. SPURIOUS was void of early speed while racing well off the rail then angled eight wide into the stretch and rallied late for place. ZAINO settled along the rail early then angled six wide into the stretch and made a bid then ran on late. METODO got away alertly and stalked then early pace then made a rail bid into the stretch and was all out but was outfinished in the final sixteenth. SWEET WINNER moved up and pressed the pace then battled to the 1/4 pole then gave way. MYSTICAL MERLIN rated in the second flight early with a rail trip then was urged along at the 3/8 pole but had no response in the stretch. SAINT CLOUD was rushed up and set the early pace while pushed along then was headed in the turn and faded in the stretch.
