Chart notes
EASY AS PIE chased the leader between horses up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the three path, dueled in upper stretch and edged clear late. REV'S TOMB tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn, dueled in upper stretch and could not go with the winner late but chased that rival home from there. MR OKLAHOMA was pinched back leaving the gate, trailed the field up the backstretch, swung out to the five path coming around the turn, launched a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. SEND OFF raced off the pace on the inside through the opening quarter, navigated the turn from the three path, drifted out in upper stretch and bumped with DRAMA CODE in the process and improved position to the wire. DRAMA CODE raced off the pace on the outside early, came around the bend in the four path, was bumped by SEND OFF entering the stretch and was outkicked from there. MASH ON THE GAS raced at the back of the pack on the outside through the opening stages, came around the turn in the three path and never threatened. PERISCOPE chased the leader up the backstretch, blew the turn, racing very wide into the stretch and faded in the stretch. SANDTHEFLOOR led the way up the backstretch, battled from the two path around the turn and tired in the lane. I'M ENTICING stalked the leader on the outside through the early going, came around the bend in the five path and tired in the stretch, eased in late stretch. THE RIDER OF HORSE FOUR, DRAMA CODE, CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST HORSE THREE, SEND OFF, CLAIMING FOUL IN UPPER STRETCH. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO THE SAME INCIDENT.
