Chart notes
COUNCILWOMAN JILLY dropped back early, raced five wide around the first tun, was four wide around the far turn and finished well to get up under all out pressure. NEUTRAL CAUSE stalked the pace, moved up three wide near the quarter pole and finished gamely to the wire. TICKET TO FLY tracked the early leader two deep and kept on willingly to the wire. CHAMPAGNE ON ICE trailed early, raced five wide into the upper stretch and needed more in the drive. HEAVENLY CHARM was allowed to settle early, had an inside run and no late response. STEP LIGHTLY set all the pace along the inside and gave way. MEMPHIS CASH QUEEN failed to sustain a bid.
