Chart notes
PUNKIN BOY rated along under a hold early, made a two wide bid between near the quarter pole and finished well to draw clear under steady handling. STILLNOHASSLEJJ tracked the early leader just off the inside and kept on to finish second best. OLD TRACE dropped back early, swung six wide into the lane and showed good late interest. GREAT HUNT set all the pace from the inside and weakened the final eighth of a mile. BIG TOM was unhurried early, raced five wide into the upper stretch and had no response. FLAMING EMBERS was off slowly, trailed early and never was a factor. Official race time was hand timed. Internal fractional times were unavailable due to timer malfunction.
