Chart notes

ANNA'S PROMISE got away alertly and set the pace then was well rated on the lead before being challenged into the stretch by WAVELESS but was all out and dug in, holding sway on the wire. WAVELESS chased the early pace while three wide then loomed to challenge at the 3/8 pole before racing all out into the stretch but it was not enough late. ESPECIALLY was in tight early between horses then settled in the second flight before being urged nearing the 1/4 pole then made a late rally while seven wide. REPUTATION raced close up early while saving ground then waited along the rail through the turn before angling five wide into the stretch and made a mild rally late. SHEILAHS WARCLOUD was in tight early between horses then dropped back and had a rail trip but failed to menace in the stretch before returning to unsaddle while visibly bleeding from the nostril. FOXY JUNIOR settled along the inside early then made a rail bid into the stretch before drifting out at the 3/16 pole and gave way in the final eighth.
