DAZZLE, back early, advanced five-wide turn, rallied second best. BROOKLYN ALLEY CAT chased five-wide, pressed outside turn, bid to mid stretch, gave way, drifted in late, taking the path of MR. SPLASH and forcing that one to steady, which in turn forced PAYTON'S INDIAN to check along the rail. VALLEY VICTORY chased between horses, off rail turn, lacked clear path behind horses in mid stretch, rallied late when clear. MR. SPLASH chased inside, bid to sixteenth pole, lost path late, steadied. FLEET OF HOOF opened up early, short lead inside turn, bid between horses to mid stretch, gave way. PAYTON'S INDIAN chased between horses early, dropped back turn, rallied inside, lost path along the rail late, checked, faded. GALLANT OAK chased between horses, finished evenly. The rider aboard MR.
