Chart notes
BELMONT C. C. , a forward factor in the three path between horses leaving the backstretch, held a short lead approaching the stretch then drew out under vigorous rousing. REBEL PRINCESS , four deep chasing the winner on the turn, drifted in near the eighth pole and held the place. TELL IT LIKE IT IS , sent into contention in the two path between horses mid way down the backstretch, stayed inside horses on the turn and leveled off. ROYAL MIST lacked speed, swung outside leaving the turn and passed tired rivals. LUCKY COCO , three wide on the turn, gave way. LADYINABLACKDRESS showed speed along the inner rail, was lightly steadied leaving the backstretch and gave way on the turn.
