Chart notes
STRIKING SPARKS , caught in close quarters leaving the starting gate, rated behind horses around the far turn, left the turn in the three path, found ample room inside rivals in the stretch, closed nicely and was along in time. MASAKADO dueled between horses down the backstretch, raced inside rivals turning for home, drifted out in upper stretch and was out finished. STONE COLD FLEX , four deep both turns, was floated to the six path in upper stretch and flattened out. DEVIL'S CAY , four wide entering the first turn, disputed the pace outside horses to the stretch, was in range between horses in upper stretch and weakened. MARTINI MARTIN , bumped leaving the starting gate, raced wide in the stretch and failed to rally. CHANCE showed speed along the rail and gave way the far turn. EL CHISPAZO remained along the rail, showed speed and gave way.
