Chart notes
DIAMOND ESSENCE rated in the second flight early then waited into the turn before looming to challenge at the 3/8 pole and took over into the stretch, drawing clear to win in hand. BONITA LASSIE was void of early speed then made a steady advance on the turn before making a four wide bid at the 1/4 pole and ran on to be second best. KENTUCKY REIGN moved up and assumed command then set the pace before being headed on the turn then was asked along the rail but faded in the lane. PRETTY LILY was allowed to settle early then avoided LA LIMA when that one lost action nearing the 3/8 pole and drifted out into the stretch then showed some run late. STYLE TO FOLLOW moved up and stalked the pace along the rail early then chased for a half mile before tiring in the stretch. LA LIMA settled along the inside early with a rail trip then lost action at the 3/8 pole and drifted out before being eased through the wire.
