Chart notes
MO SIPPI dueled for the early advantage, saved ground throughout and drove clear deep in the final stretch, under steady urging. FOREVER CHAPIN was fractious in the gate, raced in the rear in the beginning, moved up on the outside around the final turn, made a wide gain and finished willingly. BRAVO LIMA dueled on the front end, challenged throughout and was outfinished by the top two. BATTLE STAR broke a step slow, racing in the back, came around the final turn on the outside, moved up, but was no factor. GOLDEN REY raced in the middle of the field, weakened and was no threat late. EARLY FLIGHT broke in, raced within contention and was finished early. RHONE VALLEY pressed the early pace, made a steady retreat and was no threat late. SPODIE ODIE lacked early speed and showed little.
