Chart notes

SECRET JOURNEY settled early behind the leaders then waited into the second turn before altering six wide into the stretch and battled through the long drive with SEA ZEST, prevailing at the wire. SEA ZEST rated in the second flight early and chased while four wide then loomed to challenge at the 3/8 pole and battled through the long drive with SECRET JOURNEY but was outfinished at the wire. PRINCESS KALAMOH moved up and stalked the early pace then made a bid at the 1/4 pole but was no match for the top two. BOURBON N LACE settled along the inside and saved ground on the backstretch run before being urged at the 1/2 pole and made a mild rally in the stretch. SPANISH GIRL was void of early speed with a rail trip then angled to the seven path at the 1/4 pole but was no factor. MISS INTERPATATION stumbled at the start then was rushed up and set the pace before being headed on the second turn and faded in the stretch.
