Chart notes
CHI TOWN PRINCE got away well, settled off the pacesetter stalking that one, took closer order three wide on the turn, took the lead passing the quarter pole, edged clear in the stretch. LAST MOON got away alertly going straight to the lead, shifted in to dictate terms from just off the rail in the two path heading into the turn, was overtaken late on that bend, proved no match for the winner but kept on to hold the place. MR. SWEETS moved forward inside stalking the leading pair, saved ground through the turn, loomed a threat inside in the stretch but lacked the needed late kick. HEARTBREAK GAME was urged from the start but lacking speed, advanced five wide outside runners on the turn, ran on in the lane. TRICKY MOMENT chased from mid-pack off the rail, was encouraged more coming to the five-sixteenths, went evenly and made no bid. AWESOME OUTLAW was bumped at the start, raced four wide through the turn, failed to menace. LARRY THE POET bumped a rival at the start, raced three wide on the turn, was never near enough to threaten. ASPIRING COMEDIAN lacked early speed despite encouragement racing well back and was not a factor.
