Chart notes
ASSET LIGHT dictated the terms of the race two wide, received only a few light shoulder taps at the top of the lane and drew clear my many to prove much the best. FAIRY TALE claimed the inside at the start and shadowed the pace setter, began asking at the five sixteenths pole, shifted out four wide at the top of the lane but was no match for the winner. ETHEREAL QUALITY advanced three wide to press the pace through the turn, was roused about the three eighths pole but came up empty when heading home. FANTASY ROAD was a bit slow to leave the gate, trailed throughout, never factored.
