Chart notes
JIMMY'S DAILYS stalked outside a rival, roused on the turn, took aim in the three path turning for home, bid outside in upper stretch and bested NASY HABIT late. NASTY HABIT dueled from outside, carried a narrow lead into the final furlong, dug in through deep stretch but was edged by the winner. INCANTO (IRE) tracked along the fence into the turn, chased two wide at the quarter pole, swung out turning for home and finished willingly to gain third. HORCO MOLLE (CHI) trailed on the inside, passed a tired rival with a quarter mile remaining, moved off the fence and came with a late run but was not enough. BAD UNCLE BARRY dueled from inside up the backstretch and around the turn, fought with outer rivals in the lane and weakened late. TAP THE GIN took a stalking position along the inside, came under a ride leaving the turn, lacked room at the eighth pole, stayed on the fence and kept trying to the wire. SIMPLE SONG threw his head, hopped and hit the gate, settled outside a rival, started to weaken midway around the bend, bore out at the quarter pole and had little left for the drive. THE STEWARDS REVIEWED THE START OF SIMPLE SONG AND RULED HE CAUSED HIS OWN PROBLEMS AT THE START AND IS CONSIDERED A STARTER.
