Chart notes
HITTHEROADJAK moved up and stalked the early pace then loomed to challenge at the 1/4 pole and led into the stretch, holding sway on the wire. ASSUME NOTHING got away alertly and set the early pace then raced all out through the stretch run and held on for place. SHAFT'S BULLET settled early then made a steady advance while five wide on the turn and a bid into the stretch, making a mild rally late. OTAGO broke outward and bumped TWELVE TREASURES at the start then rated in the second flight with a rail trip before angling out into the stretch but faltered in the lane. BRINDANO bumped TWELVE TREASURES at the start then rated in the middle of the pack early before being urged along while four wide through the turn but flattened out in the stretch. TWELVE TREASURES got squeezed at the start then was rushed up to contend early before racing under a tight hold nearing the 3/4 pole then waited into the turn but made no rally and faded in the stretch. THE TOWN got off slowly and was void of early speed while racing off the rail on the backstretch run then angled eight wide into the stretch but was no factor.
