Chart notes
GOT'M COT'M pressed the pace three deep, fought on even terms with PIPER'S CAUSEWAY turning for home, seized control in upper stretch, kicked clear midstretch and drew off. SUPERNAL stalked from inside, saved ground through the turn, finished willingly down the lane but had to settle for second best. PIPER'S CAUSEWAY showed the way with a pair of rivals to the outside, maintained command through the turn, headed turning for home, lost the lead in upper stretch and weakeend. GYPSY TEARS followed in range outside a rival, chased three then four wide around the bend and flattened out in the drive. MR. MACHUPICCHU raced up close then pressed the leader from between rivals, fought in the two path through the turn and weakened down the lane.
