Chart notes
BURNIN TURF prompted the pace through the first turn, moved up four wide to take command nearing the half mile pole, pulled away on the far turn and continued to widen through the lane while ridden out as much the best. MAYNARD stalked the pacesetters down the the backstretch, saved ground on the final turn, angled four wide turning for home and finished willingly to take the place. TAP EM slow early to trail while well off the pack, rallied turning for home and closed well up the inside with a late gain to just miss the place. TOMMY BEE was reserved off the pace racing in the back half of the field for three-quarters and rallied mildly coming home to hit the board. DUEL FUEL set the pace through the first turn, surrenedered the lead to the winner down the backstretch, chased that one to midway down the stretch and tired in the final furlong. GLIDING AFLEET tracked the leader from between rivals to the far turn, was put to an early drive on the bend and failed to respond. CRAFTY KING broke a step slow to be last away and was one-paced failing to menace. R ADMIRAL stalked the leaders to the far turn, rallied to be at the head of the chasing pack on the bend, continued to chase the runaway winner in the stretch and gave way inside the eighth pole.
