Chart notes
FOLLOW YOUR HEART set the pace along the inside then drew off through the lane to prove much the best. ATAYA broke slowly, saved ground off of the pace, swung out to the five path into upper stretch and rallied to edge place in the final sixteenth. BREDKORN saved ground while rating off of the pace, then offered a rail rally to gain show late. MAJORBROWNIEPOINTS staled along the inside, proved no match for the leader in upper stretch then yielded place between horses in the final sixteenth. SAPPHIRE SONG broke inwardly, came under a keen hold early on, tracked along the inside, shifted out to the three to four path entering the lane, but only managed to chase before getting outkicked on both sides in the final sixteenth. LADY CARMEN checked from between horses early on, saved ground at the rear, moved up in upper stretch and ran on willingly. CYBER GAL settled two wide and between horses, shifted out to the four to five path around the far turn before fanning to the seven path entering the lane, but failed to factor. MARIGOLD RUN stalked two wide, chased in the three path around the far turn then faded while drifting to the six path entering the lane. WATERMAN'S SONG (IRE) pursued two wide, then between horses into and around the far turn but caved. UPSTART EMPRESS pressed outside of the eventual winner but weakened while leaning out to the five path entering the lane. GOLDEN CAUSE broke a step slow and steadied back at the start, raced off of the pace in the three to four path then tired.
