Chart notes
COWBOY MIKE saved ground throughout, took over at the quarter pole then drew away eagerly while kept to a drive. SILENT MODE outrun early, bid inside into the far turn and closed well for the place. RECKER POINT settled off the pace inside, swung wide on the final turn and stretch with mild bid. NIXON JOY (ARG) lagged far behind then offered some late energy. PRINCE COLTON prompted the pace outside for three quarters and faltered. BEST BET set the pace to the five sixteenths pole and gave way. THORSNESS chased wide just off the pace then stopped abruptly.
