Chart notes
CANDY ROCKETTE reserved off the pace well in hand for the first five-eighths, commneced a bid nearing the quarter pole with a steady advance and closed well to be going away in the final sixteenth. SECURE'S HOPE set a quick pace on a well measured lead to the far turn, edged clear on the bend, battled gamely when challenged in mid-stretch and was outkicked by the winner while holding a share of the place. TIME FOR AN ANGEL rated in mid-pack to midway on the final turn, rallied to engage the leader in upper stretch, vied for the lead in the final eighth, was outfinished by the closing winner and pulled even for the place. J N J HEARTANDSOUL tracked the leaders from the inside down the backstretch, lost position on the far turn dropping towards the rear along the fence and came on again in the lane with late interest. TACO CAT BACKWARDS went evenly in mid-field lacking a closing kick. VALIANT ENYA slow early to be the trailer and passed tiring rivals coming home. MS BRIGHTSIDE (IRE) was one-paced never posing a threat. BORDER CONTROL pressed the pace to midway on the final turn and gave way. TIGER DIVISION stalked the pace for three-quarters and tired.
