SPHERICAL bumped with ABOUT FACE at the start, was rated off the pace, drafted in the two path on the turn, was asked while getting an opening in front at the quarter-pole, gained to make a bid inside of the leader inside the three-sixteenths pole, took the advantage inside the furlong marker, battled with the runner-up to the finish and narrowly prevailed under strong urging. BAMBOOZIE went to the front then showed the way, vied in the two path on the turn, responded well when asked near the quarter-pole, fought on gamely in the stretch, battled with the winner to the finish and was denied while just able to get the place. ABOUT FACE was bumped at the start and forced out into another rival, saved ground while rated just off the pace, drafted inside on the turn, moved to the two path outside the quarter-pole, waited into upper stretch, was held up while stymied behind horses and full of run until inside the sixteenth-pole, altered in about seventy yards from the finish and gained but was too late in a tough trip while able to get the show. WESEEULATOR was taken in hand early then reserved off the pace, went around most of the turn in the three path, was roused near the five-sixteenths pole then moved to the four path, came into the stretch in the five path, chased outside in a good striking position into the final furlong and lacked the needed kick while able to get the last spot in the superfecta. I'M A GUNNER broke out at the start, settled on the outside, chased in the three path on the turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path, bgushed with DAYTHEMUSICLIVED near the furlong marker and also lacked the needed kick. DAYTHEMUSICLIVED dropped back early then was reserved near the rear, went around most of the turn in the two path then shifted to the three path, waited behind horses into upper stretch, was asked inside the three-sixteenths pole, brushed with I'M A GUNNER while behind traffic into the final furlong, continued behind horses some approaching the sixteenth-pole and also lacked the needed kick. HE'S MY KIND broke out at the start, showed speed between horses then was eased back just off the pace, saved ground on the turn, dropped back while roused in upper stretch, bumped with a rival near the furlong marker and capitulated. FORT GRIFFIN broke out and brushed the gate, showed speed then contested the pace on the inside, vied along the rail while asked on the turn, dropped back in upper stretch, bumped lightly with a foe while out of contention outside the furlong marker and faded.
