RED ROADSTER was void of early speed with a four wide trip then angled six wide into the stretch and rallied late for place. SURVEILLANCE rated in the second flight early then angled out into the stretch and rallied before drifting out and brushing GAVEL at the 1/16 pole then was gaining late. GAVEL settled along the rail then split horses on the turn before angling five wide into the stretch but was in tight and brushed by SURVEILLANCE at the 1/16 pole then rallied late. HELLADIC was rushed up and pressed the early pace then chased for a half mile before fading. STRONG PROMISE rated in the middle of the pack early and saved ground then was asked along the rail in the stretch but faltered late.
