Chart notes
HAPPY JAUNT settled off the pace for the run up the backside, quickened stride four wide around the final bend, strong rally through the final sixteenth, went clear under the wire. DIRECT APPEAL rated three wide into the final bend, sent to the attack swept past the weary leader into the lane, no match for HAPPY JUANT inside the sixteenth post chased on late second best. BROTHER CONWAY broke sharp, set the pace through the opening half, yielded to NOLA BOSS mid-way down the backside, re-bid inside rivals through the lane, along willingly for the show. NOLA BOSS stumbled at the start, waited patiently around the club house turn, scrubbed clear down the backside, took the lead into the final bend, collared in upper stretch, faded through the final sixteenth. DEFIANT GIANT raced off the pace three and four wide, never factored. KEEN TALENT slow into stride, under heavy pressure chased between runners into the far turn, weakened through the stretch.
