Chart notes
MCMOON bumped soundly with EL WOODSIE at the start, was hustled to the front then showed the way on the inside of a foe, dropped from the two path to the inside on the turn, extended the advantage while back in the two path coming to the quarter-pole, was set down into upper stretch, came under a right-handed crop while drawing off outside the furlong marker, was given one final pop of the crop outside the sixteenth-pole then was placed under a solid hand-ride to the finish while much the best. PRIVATE BANKER chased the pace on the outside then in the four path on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive and earned the place while no match for the winner. EL WOODSIE bumped soundly with MCMOON at the start, pressed the pace on the outside, chased in the three path on the turn and tired while well clear for the show. TRINITARIAN broke a half-step slow and had the rider lose her right iron at the start, regained the iron after going a sixteenth of a mile, was urged along at the rear, went around the turn in the two to three path, swung out to the five path into the stretch and was no factor. MINDFUL LEO was hustled from the gate then was ridden along off the pace, saved ground on the turn, moved off the rail late on that bend, spun into the stretch in the three path, drifted out under a left-handed crop inside the furlong marker and failed to threaten. NEGRIL BADNESS came in at the start while hustled, raced off the pace under urging, traveled around the turn in the two path and failed to respond.
