Chart notes
LADY ROSE bumped soundly with MY FIRST DEATH at the start, showed speed then stalked the pace, made a bid with five furlongs to run, vied in the two path on the turn, took the lead outside the quarter-pole, responded well when asked for her best in upper stretch, came under a right-handed crop outside the furlong marker, shook clear outside the sixteenth-pole and held under a strong hand-ride from that point to the finish. RINA'S REVENGE angled in inside the seven-eighths pole, settled off the pace, was asked while moving from the inside to the three path on the turn, came into the stretch in the four path, chased outside under a drive into the final furlong, gained into the final sixteenth but missed while able to get the place. SWEETEST PRINCESS angled out outside the seven-eighths pole, tracked the pace on the outside, made a bid leaving the backstretch, vied in the three then four path on the turn, was asked coming to the quarter-pole then dropped back to the three path, fought outside of two opponents into the final furlong, dropped back into the final sixteenth and was outfinished while clear for the show. MY FIRST DINAH bumped soundly with LADY ROSE at the start then was hustled, moved in while showing speed then set the pace, vied along the rail on the turn, was asked with three furlongs to run, battled under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and tired. GIANT AT WORK was last away from the outside post, settled at the rear, was roused in the four then five path on the turn and failed to threaten.
