AND THE RUNNER IS tracked the front two to three wide from mid pack, advanced and got let out spinning six wide into upper stretch, rallied to take command near the sixteenth pole, dug in gamely to the finish. RIVER OF DECEIT dueled from the four path briefly with SQUADRON to the inside, took back the front and cleared that rival tucking to the two path through the turn showing the way in hand until set down spinning just off the inside into upper stretch, dug in under growing threat to the outside, got collard near the sixteenth marker, ran on clear for the place honors. MOMENTARY STAR hesitated and lunged at the break getting away last and conceding five to six lengths to the front, chased just off the inside and then along the inside, angled three to four wide for home set down for the drive, offered up a mild kick. SPECIAL WARFARE chased three then two wide under a ride from the seven-sixteenths pole, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, stayed on one paced to the wire. I'M AMERICA chased four then three wide under encouragement from three furlongs out, spun three wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. A I NATION (IRE) brushed the near side stall at the start, chased three then two wide under urging from the five-sixteenths pole, angled out eight wide into upper stretch and passed tired rivals. SQUADRON broke in at the start, dueled from the two path with RIVER OF DECEIT to his outside, got shaken off into the turn and chased along the inside, took the inside route into upper stretch and tired. ZODIAC WARRIOR broke out at the start, chased four then three wide under a ride from the five-sixteenths marker, tipped five wide for home and tired. MAMBO JAZZ chased three then two wide, came under urging with five-sixteenths to go, swung four to five wide for home, folded, and was eased home to the finish.
