Chart notes
ESSAY pressed the pace, raced close throughout, came around the final turn on the outside, entered the stretch wide, rallied and got up in time. PURPLE HEART vied for the early lead, saved ground around the second turn, drove clear and was caught at the wire. RUNNIN MUNNIN raced in the middle of the field, came around the second turn on the outside, angled inward, made a bid down the inside, proved no match for the top two, but got up for third. MAX IS G MONEY dueled on the front end, forwardly placed throughout, lacked a kick and was caught for show. SOLIDIFY lacked early speed and was never a factor. COBOCH raced in the middle of the field, saved ground around the final turn and faded. YOCKEY'S DRIVETHRU void of early speed and showed little. BEACH BLANKET always raced near the back and was outrun.
