Chart notes
PENGUIN'S PRIDE broke sharp, vied inside into the turn, forged clear leaving the furlong marker, kicked away driving. TICO GRANDE pressed inside around the turn, angled out four wide leaving the furlong marker, rallied late to secure the place award. BOLD BOOMER broke alertly, contested the pace three wide into the turn, no match for winner through the lane, stayed on willingly for the show. NOBLE RULING broke a step slow, lost path hit the rail leaving the chute, chased inside around the turn, had no late response after a rough beginning. FICTION slow into stride, roused off the pace four wide quarter, came up empty. ZEALOUS STORM lacked speed out of the chute, never factored.
