Chart notes

IHAVEANAPPFORTHAT tracked the pace three wide into the far turn, given the queue accelerated quickly swept past RUM N COKE around the second bend, held a very slim lead in upper stretch, hooked by AUDIBLE STORM, battled hard while flopping leads twice in deep stretch, determined refused to yield. AUDIBLE STORM bumped at the start, rated four wide down the backside, three wide drew on even terms nearing the sixteenth marker, dug in gamely could not get by a stubborn IHAVEANAPPFORTHAT. RUM N COKE bumped at the start, set a pressured pace along the rail into the far turn, no match in upper stretch, stayed on willingly for the show. FIBER PROOF saved ground off the pace into the far turn, clean rail bid leaving the furlong marker, running on the wrong lead churned and was unable to gain ground on the leaders. ANNAPOLIS ROAD brushed back at the start, outrun down the backside, never threatened. THEYCALLHIMGOLDIE broke out at the start, hustled up around the first turn, prompted the pace three wide down the back stretch, weakened from the furlong marker.
