Chart notes
PROGRAM TRADING (GB) saved ground while rated off the slow pace, was asked at the quarter-pole, chased under a drive into the final furlong then made a bid inside of the leader, drew even into the final sixteenth and got up under strong handling to narrowly prevail. THUNDERING hit the outside of the gate but broke with the body of the field, went to the front, dropped from the two path to the inside early on the first turn, showed the way through slow fractions, was joined on the outside inside the three-quarter pole then headed before regaining the advantage, vied inside for most of the far turn then moved to the two path, responded well when asked at the quarter-pole then shook clear, came under a right-handed crop inside the three-sixteenths pole, led under a drive into the final sixteenth but was caught while able to hold the place. CUGINO went around the first turn in the three path, was rated with cover, traveled around the far turn in the three then four path, was asked near the five-sixteenths pole, chased in the stretch and finished willingly to just get the show. WEST HOLLYWOOD stalked the pace on the outside in the three path, moved up to get a narrow lead inside the three-quarter pole, lost the advantage but continued to attend the pace on the outside, was asked near the quarter-pole, chased under a drive into the final furlong, swapped back to his inside lead outside the sixteenth-pole and finished with good courage to just miss the show. A BOURBON FOR TOBY dropped back early then angled in, rounded the first turn in the two path, was unhurried at the rear while the leader got away with soft fractions, remained un-asked while inside to the two path on the far turn, was roused at the three-sixteenths pole and gained with late energy but was left with too much to accomplish. CARSON'S RUN was taken back early, saved ground towards the rear, moved to the two path while roused late on the far turn, moved out some under a drive in upper stretch and lacked the needed response. TIZ DASHING was taken under a tight hold early, traveled around the opening bend in the two path, was reserved on the outside with cover while tugging keenly on the bit, came under urging in the two then three path on the far turn and failed to respond.
