Chart notes
MAGIC ON THE BAY hustled clear out of the chute, scrubbed along on a solo pace around the bend, under an all-out drive and running on the wrong lead, desperately held on under the wire. CUPPA JIMMY GOLD chased the pace off the rail from the quarter pole, swung out four deep into the lane, rallied late to give the winner a scare. FEELING ENCHANTED hard to load, forwardly place chased three wide around the turn, unable to switch leads through the lane, evened out held clear for the show. GOLDEN BOSS MAN chased the leaders inside around the turn, had no late impact. THUNDER PASS pressed off the pace four wide into the lane, running on the wrong lead, had no late response. ALL ROADS TO DENIS roused off the pace three wide around the turn, weakened upper.
