Chart notes
PLAYING FOR KEEPS raced close up and stalked the early pace then loomed to challenge at the 1/4 pole and raced all out through the stretch run, holding sway on the wire. HIDDEN ACCESS was allowed to settle early then made a steady advance while seven wide into the stretch and rallied late for place. EAGLE NEST broke outward and bumped BOLD BUCKEYE at the start then pressed the early pace and battled between horses into the stretch but was outfinished at the wire. BOLD BUCKEYE got bumped at the start by EAGLE NEST then rated in the second flight early before waiting through the turn then split horses into the stretch and made a mild rally late. ROGUES A PLOTTING stumbled badly at the start then rated in the second flight early and flashed brief foot before fading into the turn but came on again into the stretch to pass multiple runners. RELISH THE RIDE was void of early speed and saved ground then angled eight wide into the stretch but made no rally. BLAZING BURROUGHS settled early then circled six wide on the turn and made a bid but flattened out in the stretch. GOLDEN FLAG got away alertly and set the early pace then was headed nearing the 1/4 pole and faded in the stretch. SWAYBACK MOBIL was void of early speed and dropped back in the opening eighth then angled six wide on the turn but came up empty in the stretch.
