Chart notes

HEY BUDDY tracked inside, advanced inside on the turn, rallied on the rail in the stretch run, closed willingly to take command and drew clear under urging. LEX bobbled at the break, vied inside for the early lead, checked in tight entering the turn, then chased, rallied in the two path in the stretch and closed for second. COJELO PA TI was bumped and steadied at the start, raced off the pace, made a four wide run at the quarter pole and rallied mildly outside for third. CARNABY vied two wide for the lead, shook free on the turn, drifted out at the furlong marker and weakened. FLOAT ON bumped at the start, chased between rivals, continued between horses on the turn, was in tight at the quarter pole and tired. CASSATION bumped at the start, chased three wide, chased on the turn and tired. A Jockey Objection by the rider of FLOAT ON against LEX was dismissed.
