STRIKE APPEAL rated in the second flight early then ranged up to challenge for the lead at the 1/4 pole and battled through the long drive with EL GUTY while racing under right handed urging then drifted in slightly before the wire and prevailed. COALMINER'S KITTEN settled early and dropped back off the pace while racing along the rail on the backstretch run then angled six wide into the stretch and rallied late for place. EL GUTY broke sharply then opened up on the early lead and held that advantage into the second turn before being headed at the top of the stretch then raced all out alongside STRIKE APPEAL for the stretch run before coming out late under left handed urging and steadying just before the wire while getting caught for place. SAILOR'S CHANCE got off slowly and raced off the rail then was asked while five wide into the second turn and made a bid nearing the 3/8 pole but faltered in the stretch. MYSTIC POWER was void of early speed while racing off the rail then came under constant urging through the second turn before angling eight wide into the stretch and raced evenly late. FAST TALKIN MAN chased the pace before being asked nearing the 1/2 pole then altered five wide into the second turn but made no rally in the stretch. HARBOUR BRIDGE rated in the middle of the pack before moving to closer contention nearing the 1/2 pole then made a brief bid into the second turn but faded in the stretch.
