Chart notes
BLIND RIVER had the lead on the fence utilizing the inside post, patiently let the outside rival dictate the pace down the backstretch, calmly u def a well rationed out ride cruised to the lead once again on the rail at the three furlong marker, spurted loose in the two path at the top of the lane and had to be ridden out to the very end with the fast losing outside runner up coming on sharply in deep stretch but got his nose down right at the finish line lasting for the win. CRYSTAL PEARL was allowed to find his feet galloping at the tail end in the early stages, started to make a rally on the rail at the five sixteenths marker, shifted from the fence straightening out for the drive opting to go widest for clear run four wide instead of going between runners at the furlong pole and was full of run closing outside with every stride in deep stretch but with one final surge just missed getting to the winner at the wire by a nose. ROYAL PRESENCE had the four path getting bounced around between horses in midfield on the first turn, settled close to the back four deep through the backstretch, made a sharp rally around horses three wide on the last turn, shifted out to the four path in the hunt outside in upper stretch but evened out in the last sixteenth of a mile to be all alone at the finish line the show award. HELLO STRANGER had the two path in a stalking position getting bumped by the troubled outside rival around the first turn, was under a snug hold watching the lead duo at the half, kept coming narrowing the margin in the front pair at the quarter pole, hugged the rail in the mix at the top of the lane but faded inside in the final furlong holding for a minor placing with the field quite strung out in the late running. LOVER BOY MO travelled five wide outside three rivals heading into the initial bend, took closer order three deep down the backside tracking the lead duo by the five eighths pole, could not keep up to rivals making a move retreating two wide between horses on the far turn at the quarter pole and came up empty five wide in upper stretch. GUERRA prompted the pace on the outside in the first of two turns, took over control outside entering the backstretch, lost the lead to the inside early leader once more at the three eighths pole, chased two wide but to no avail through the second turn and gave way shifting to the three path between runners at the top of the stretch. COPA DE PLATA broke outwards but was quickly corrected leaving the gate, had a rough trip in the three path in tight getting jostled between horses tracking the lead pair around the first turn, settled near the rear between horses at the half, dropped back to last while roused for more at the five sixteenths pole, lost touch with the group at the head of the lane, was not persevered with through the stretch and walked off.
