A SONG FOR ARCH broke in and bumped with a rival, settled off the pace, went three wide on the turn, bumped with foes on both sides at the quarter-pole, came under a drive in upper stretch, chased into the final furlong, made a bid coming to the sixteenth-pole and got up under strong urging. YANKEE SEVEN settled off the pace, moved closer while inside on the turn, shifted to the two path and bumped with A SONG FOR ARCH at the quarter-pole, made a bid in upper stretch then took the advantage, led into the final sixteenth but was denied while clear for the place. X CLOWN broke out and bumped with an opponent, angled in then was carried further in early, moved back out behind the leader, tracked the pace down the backstretch, made a bid in the three path on the turn, bumped with A SONG FOR ARCH while pushed four wide into the stretch, battled outside under a drive into the final furlong, dropped back into the final sixteenths, drifted out late and was outfinished while able to get the show. DREWCITABLE bumped with rivals on both sides at the start and was last away, settled at the rear, went three wide on the turn, swung six wide into the stretch, moved further out inside the three-sixteenths and improved position. TAKES TWO TO TANGO darted in early while going to the front, set the clear pace, was challenged while inside to the two path on the turn, lost the advantage in upper stretch and gave way. FUTURE RULER was fractious in the gate, broke out and bumped with a foe, settled towards the rear, went around the turn in the two path, shifted four wide into the stretch, moved out under a drive around the three-sixteenths, shifted further out while in striking range near the furlong marker and lacked the needed response. CLASSY JOHN bumped with a rival at the start, was forwardly placed on the outside, chased four wide on the turn then spun five wide into the stretch and came up empty. BERTIE'S GALAXY bumped rivals on both sides at the start, moved out while settling off the pace, went five wide on the turn, floated seven wide into the stretch then drifted further out and failed to respond.
