Chart notes
GO MIKE advanced two wide to the lead midway around the first turn, angled in and set a rated pace inside from there, was headed in upper stretch, battled back inside and edged ahead late. MISTER LEONARDO raced three wide in midpack early, advanced three wide around the far turn, took a short lead in upper stretch, led past the eighth pole hung late. SHANG'S SISTER stalked the pace inside, bid inside of the top two in midstretch and was outkicked in the final furlong. UNCLE FUN saved ground off the pace and lacked the needed rally. TEXAS RULE raced three wide and never threatened. LONG BEACH KID led early, rated back inside, angled two wide midway around the first turn to stalk the winner, re-bid two wide nearing the lane came up empty in the stretch.
