Chart notes
ENFORCEABLE was hustled from the start, went three wide on the first turn, settled off the pace, moved closer midway down the backstretch, went around the far in the two path, rallied four wide into the stretch, closed fast to get the lead near the three-sixteenths then kicked clear, was put to a left-handed whip outside the furlong marker, drew away under the whip into the final sixteenth then was placed under a strong hand ride to the wire while much the best. PLUS QUE PARFAIT saved ground on the first turn, was reserved at the rear under snug restraint, went three wide on the far turn, moved out while put to a drive in upper stretch and was along for the place while far behind the winner. SPA CITY went three wide on the first turn, stalked the pace on the outside, made a bid at the seven-sixteenths, vied in the three path on the far turn, took a short lead at the five-sixteenths, turned into the stretch under the whip then lost the advantage to the winner before the three-sixteenths and weakened while just able to get the show. DUNE OF PILAT (FR) brushed the inside of the gate at the start, scooted clear early then set the pace on the inside, was asked under threat on the far turn, lost the advantage at the five-sixteenths and tired. LEADER OF MEN went four wide on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside, advanced leaving the backstretch, made a bid in the four path on the far turn, spun five wide into the stretch and faltered.
